July 17, 2023 Omaha, NE: Alumna House, the premier collegiate women’s apparel company, is thrilled to announce its dynamic partnership with college volleyball players to launch an inspiring clothing line focused on the power of a positive mindset.
Through an exciting collaboration facilitated by the NIL marketplace Opendorse, University of Nebraska–Lincoln volleyball players Lindsay Krause and Bekka Allick have signed name, image, and likeness (NIL) deals with Alumna House. Together, they aim to ignite a mindset revolution by promoting the impactful message embodied in the “Mindset is my homecourt advantage” T-shirts.
These exceptional athletes will leverage their influential social media platforms to inspire individuals of all ages, sharing invaluable advice on the importance of maintaining a resilient and optimistic mindset, both in sports and everyday life.
“By joining forces with these remarkable student-athletes, we are creating a movement that empowers individuals to embrace positivity, believe in themselves, and achieve greatness,” said Alumna House co-founder and CEO Jean Douchey.
Customers who purchase the first T-shirt in the collection will receive a free special package, including a signed mini volleyball and a personalized magnet with their name, along with practical tips to foster a positive mindset on and off the court. This unique offering serves as a tangible reminder of the profound connection between mindset and personal achievement.
“This is what NIL is all about,” said Opendorse CEO Blake Lawrence. “Seeing student-athletes use their NIL for good and bringing attention to local organizations that benefit their community is positive for all involved.”
A portion of each sale will be donated by Alumna House to two local nonprofits: Partnership 4 Kids (P4K) and Ivy League Youth Sports Academy (ILYSA).
P4K is a leading youth development organization that provides comprehensive support from pre-kindergarten through a student’s academic journey, fostering lifelong success.
“Partnership 4 Kids is humbled to be a valued partner of Alumna House and each of your purchases will help us support a student growing up in underserved neighborhoods,” said P4K’s CEO Debbie Denbeck. “Through your support you can invest in the future of our youth.”
ILYSA is dedicated to empowering girls in the Omaha area through sports, helping them build character and essential life skills.
“It’s about leveling the playing field for young girls and using athletics as that vehicle,” said CEO Maurtice Ivy. “We want to be that conduit of changing the athletic landscape in Nebraska by creating a pipeline of “ready to go” student athletes.”
