The program offers athletes education, support, and opportunity to obtain real estate license.
Opendorse, NIL Real Estate, and Keller Williams have launched an innovative partnership dedicated to supporting student-athletes with first-of-its-kind solutions. The program offers free access to on-demand real estate education, and the opportunity to obtain a free real estate license for all college athletes.
The real estate education, available on-demand in the Opendorse app, allows athletes to work through video lessons, articles, and access live support from a network of more than 190,000 Keller Williams real estate agents nationwide. The education includes custom videos and content focused on three key outcomes:
- I want a career in real estate
- I want to buy a home
- I want to invest in real estate
“We are beyond grateful for Opendorse and, with our team at Keller Williams, for this opportunity to support college athletes with life development beyond sports,” said Carl Spencer, Co-Founder and CEO of NIL Real Estate. “It’s so rewarding for us to provide athletes across the nation with access to real estate education and the opportunity to earn their license. There’s real joy in seeing the impact on the lives of the athletes and their families who are learning more about one of this nation’s greatest economic drivers, real estate.”
“This partnership is a great example of the impact NIL can create for college athletes,” said Opendorse CEO Blake Lawrence. “Real estate careers and investment have been a popular path for athletes for years. Now, with help from Keller Williams and NIL Real Estate, they can get a jump on their future with support from the pros.”
