The Opendorse NIL Marketing Forum

The Opendorse NIL Marketing Forum is a first-of-its-kind event bringing together national, regional, and local brands with college athletics leaders to explore the evolving intersection of marketing, media, and modern college athletics.

Held just four blocks from Charles Schwab Field Omaha during the Men’s College World Series on Thursday, June 12 at Morrison Stadium, this summit is designed for collaboration, conversation, and connection between those driving the new era of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) with college athlete influencers.

“We’re excited to bring together leaders from the brands, media, and athletic departments shaping the future of sports marketing,” said Opendorse CEO Steve Denton. “This is a transformational time in college athletics that’s creating new opportunities—and challenges—for administrators, athletes, and advertisers. We can lean on each other to drive the industry forward. We’re proud of the role we play at the center of the converging worlds.”

The Opendorse NIL Marketing Forum features two distinct tracks—Commercial and Collegiate—that will converge at several points to illustrate the interconnectedness of the athlete NIL marketing industry. Participants can RSVP here: http://opndr.se/3swGckgtP

The Collegiate track features a series of roundtables with high-level administrators, discussing issues central to the new era of college athletics like rev-share planning, staffing models, contract construction, the importance of commercial NIL deals, and more.

The Commercial track will be a combination of interactive workshops, expert panels, and live case studies through the inaugural “NIL Campaigns of the Year.”

“The NIL Marketing Forum is about alignment, education, and opportunity,” said Opendorse Co-Founder & President, Collegiate Operations Blake Lawrence. “It’s about exploring the connection between the Collegiate and Commercial NIL spaces and how they fuel each other. To be able to host during the Men’s College World Series in Omaha—in the Nebraska community that has meant so much to Opendorse—is special.”

The event concludes with dinner and networking, followed by an evening after party at Morrison Stadium. Attendees are permitted to come and go as their schedule allows, in line with the festival-like nature of Men’s College World Series.
