We are looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join the team at Villas de Santa Fe. In this role, you will maintain the guestrooms, public spaces, back of the house areas in good repair ensuring an attractive and well-maintained property.

Responsibilities Include:
- Ensures electrical and mechanical equipment is functioning accurately.
- Respond to guest calls for in-room repairs and maintenance.
- Basic drywall, painting/staining and wall vinyl repairs
- Maintain all guestroom and public space equipment
- Complete planned scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.
- May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by your leader.
- Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement.
What are we looking for?
- No experience required – we will teach you everything you need to know!
- Valid drivers license (preferred)
- Ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull and lift/carry items frequently throughout the work day
- High school diploma or GED
